1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the klng1 platform and all associated services ("Services"). The following definitions are used in this document:

• "Platform" — klng1's website, mobile site and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created an account on klng1 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — a member's personal registered profile on klng1.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — any stake placed on a game or sports event on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional benefit or additional funds provided by klng1.
• "Wallet" — the virtual record of funds held in a member's account.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between the member and klng1. It is the member's own responsibility to read and understand these terms fully before starting to use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create or use an account on klng1, a member must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Registration Conditions

At the time of account registration, the member must comply with the following conditions:

• Accurate and truthful personal information must be provided.
• An active email address must be used.
• A secure password must be used and the account login details must be kept confidential.
• The account must not be made available for use by third parties.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not open an account on klng1:

• Those whose accounts have previously been closed by klng1.
• Employees or relatives of any organisation associated with klng1.
• Those who have placed a self-exclusion from participating in online gaming activities.

3. Account Verification

klng1 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account).

The withdrawal process may be suspended until verification is complete. In the event of false information being provided, the account will be closed and the funds in the wallet may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to depositing funds on klng1:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka), for each method.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• The member must use a payment account registered in their own name.
• Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met for withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• The specified wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Transaction Limits

klng1 may from time to time set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits in the interest of security. Members will be informed of these limits in advance. klng1 reserves the right to decline to process any transaction without verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on klng1 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• After receiving the bonus, you must wager an amount equal to 10 (ten) times the original bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering conditions will be determined by klng1 and communicated to the member.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Any attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent activity will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2 Other Promotions

klng1 regularly provides various promotional offers. The specific terms and conditions of each promotion will be stated separately. General conditions:

• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time, unless explicitly permitted in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering conditions may also apply to winnings from bets made with bonus funds.
• klng1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on klng1 follows the rules below:

• A bet will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• An incomplete bet due to a technical issue will be considered void.
• If a manifest error in pricing is identified in any game, klng1 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on klng1:

• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game.
• Colluding with other members to win dishonestly.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet, full details must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours. klng1's decision will be considered final.

7. Security and Responsible Gaming

klng1 gives responsible gaming the highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member may apply to temporarily or permanently close their account. Creating a new account during the self-exclusion period is prohibited.

7.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Members may set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, however a cooling-off period may apply when increasing a limit.

7.3 Account Security

To ensure account security, members should:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• If you notice any unusual activity, report it to support immediately.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

klng1 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or any attempt to manipulate the system.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Identifying oneself as a minor.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned after investigation is complete; however, if fraud is proven, all funds may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the klng1 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of klng1 or its licensors. Members may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or use this content commercially without permission.
• Use it for reverse engineering or similar technical activities.
• Sub-license it to any third party.

The intellectual property of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is protected under their own policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

klng1 will not be held responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors or internet connection interruptions.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to a member's own negligence or lack of security.
• Personal financial losses resulting from gaming.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond klng1's control ("Force Majeure").
